EXPOSITION "HISTORY OF AIZPUTE AT THE TURN OF THE CENTURY"

The exposition tells about the history of the town and the most significant events over the centuries. Here it is possible to view the gallery of portraits of the Mayors of Aizpute and get acquainted with their achievements, which have been written in the history book of the town. You will see Aizpute from a bird's eye in the exposition, learn about the events of the Awakening time, the town's coats of arms, the flag, the town's oldest houses and twinning partners in Switzerland and Sweden.
